Orders made by phone, fax, email or online sheet are valid and legally binding. There is a 14-day right of withdrawal or return (in written form only).
If ordering from any EU-Country please indicate your VAT number in your order so that you will not have to pay German Tax.
If ordering by fax/email please send us the following information:
(1) Your full name, email and telphone number
(2) Complete invoice address
(3) Complete delivery address
(4) Type of Chip and memory capacity
(5) Print layout (if you like to have printed cards) per email

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR ORDER
After the reception of your order we will send you an email with the invoice and payment details.
PAYMENT
 prepayment by bank transfer: You will receive your registration key as soon as we receive
a payment document (confirmation document from your bank or from your online banking)
from you by fax or email.
